Wendy Larchick became the Designated Broker and Sales & Marketing Manager of our community after being the top sales executive for Crescent Resources at The Rim Golf Club for three years. Wendy draws from an extensive background in management and communications to assist her in providing the best level of customer service to her clients. She graduated from Syracuse University with a dual degree in Newspaper Communications and Sociology, and then relocated to Arizona to obtain her law degree from Arizona State University. Wendy practiced corporate law in Scottsdale for several years.

Wendy, a Wyoming native, discovered the mountain beauty, clean air, and mild-four season climate of Payson and the lifestyle of our community in 1999. At that time, she quickly bought real estate at The Rim Golf Club and became a member. Wendy immediately built a home in the community and has since made this community her home.
